BVR™ Wall panels are a Magnesium Oxide based product suitable for use as an external wall for various types of buildings. The innovative panel design provides a lightweight walling system with load bearing capacity whilst having a hollow centre to allow for services and varying thermal insulation resistance. BVR™ wall panels are safe to use due to its inert and asbestos-free composition. BVR™ wall panels meet Australian standards and has easy handling and storage. It also has a good acoustic performance. They are energy efficient, fire-resistant and weatherproof. The BVR™ Wall panels are easily rendered and paintable.
BVR™ wall panel system complies with NCC-BCA-2014 as follows:
1. Volume One BP 1.1(a) and BCA Volume Two P2.1(a) in respect of structural performance
2. Volume One CP1, CP2, CP3, CP4, CP6, CP7, and Volume Two P2.3.1 in respect of fire performance
3. Volume One Part FP1.4 and Volume Two Part 2.2.2 in respect of weatherproofing for wall cladding
4. Volume One JP1 and Volume Two P2.6.1 in respect of contribution to energy efficiency of walls

The installation of the system is made simple by the use of a tongue and groove panel edge profile and BVR™ lock connectors that secure the panels together. The BVR™ Panel Walling System is designed to be used as a load bearing wall in residential construction. The BVR™ lock and horse shoe connectors prevent the panels from displacing laterally while tie down is achieved using conventional threaded rod through the cavity of the panels.
